Anil Gupta: Chosen by India Today as one of the 50 Pioneers of Change in the country, Prof. Anil Gupta has helped Govt. of India to mobilize more than 70,000 innovations and traditional knowledge practices from over 500 districts of India, the largest database of its kind anywhere.
Shailesh Rao: Dr. Rao holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University, and is founder of the Climate Healers, a non profit organization based in California, working towards combating the climate crisis by reforestation and use of solar energy.
B. P Agrawal: Dr. Agrawal is a founder of Sustainable Innovations, a non-profit corporation, to harness technologies for delivery of health care to vulnerable populations and for making safe drinking water available to rural areas.
Manoj Sinha and Charles Ransler: Manoj Sinha and Charles Ransler, Graduate students at the University of Virginia, and founders of Husk Power Systems are working to provide power using innovative technology to convert rice husks into electricity.
